We will accept returns on unused referee products (excluding washed/worn products, or products that smell of smoke) within 15 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the returned referee products or refund your money. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sorry, we do not offer returns or refunds on whistles.
Please be sure to keep original packing material (e.g. Shipping box, plastic bags, etc.) as we cannot accept a return that we cannot re-sell.
We will be happy to exchange items within 15 days of purchase that happen to be the wrong size, color, style, etc. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in both sending the items back to us, and receiving the new item. Shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used in the original order when the new item is shipped.
Please print the first 12 digits of the credit card that was used for the original purchase with your return for expedited processing of you exchange.
Please use care in sending items back to us. Shoe boxes must be re-boxed or wrapped to be accepted for a return. We cannot accept damaged items such as a hat being crushed in transit.
We will not accept returns in a manufactures box, i.e. shoe box, if the box is taped or destroyed in any way. We recommend wrapping shoe boxes in a paper bag or placing them in another box.
Any item that has been washed or worn or used may not be returned.
If you believe an item is defective, please mail it back to us, and if it is determined
that the product is defective, we will exchange the item for you.
We always try to keep a full line of inventory of referee equipment, but there may be times when a backorder is necessary. We ship backorders as quickly as possible and we pay the additional shipping and handling for a backorder. We use several carriers to ship your orders. Our standard charge for shipping and handling is $6.95. Using our Online ordering form, you may specify ground, 2nd Day, or overnight shipping. Sorry, we do not offer COD orders.
